Delete your account

You can delete your Dolia account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Dolia and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

This removes, right away and permanently: your account (email and password hash), all encrypted sync records, AI request history, and all data stored on the device.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@mydolia.com from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Server logs (IP address, request time) are rotated automatically within a short period for security purposes. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their policies.
